This is our positive experience as residents with Darlene & John when we lived at 117 Plantation Point Drive, St. Augustine, Florida for one year. We only moved for family matters.
For example: when, after Hurricane Matthew, we had a problem with our electrical outlets and oven fan. John looked at them immediately proposed resolutions. Darlene had a new oven fan installed in a timely manner.
Upone leaving our lease, both Darlene and John were courteous and cooperative. We appreciated their professionalism and help during our stay, and wish them both well.
